Yes. Branded shoe boxes, dust bags and packaging can be made to your design alongside private-label orders.

T/T bank transfer is standard: 30% deposit to confirm and 70% before shipment or against the bill-of-lading copy. An irrevocable L/C is accepted for orders around USD 30,000 and above, and sample payment arranged on request.

Goods ship LCL or FCL by sea with full export documents; samples travel by courier. We can quote to your destination port.

Yes. We provide full export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading — and support US and EU import requirements.

Finishes are shown in the product photos. Hand-rubbed patinas are made by hand and may vary slightly from pair to pair, which is a natural feature of the craft.
