1. Who we are
This Policy explains how HK JUMINGSHENG INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED (“GRANDMARK”, “we”) collects and uses information when you use https://jumingsheng.com (the “Site”) and communicate with us. Our contact address is shown in Section 12.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry data: name, email, company name, country, product interest and message when you submit our inquiry form or contact us;
- Order data: company, delivery, customs and billing details needed to fulfil wholesale orders;
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and referring pages, collected through cookies and analytics;
- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call records relating to your orders;
- Marketing: your email address if you opt in to receive catalogues and updates.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and issue quotations (proforma invoices);
- To process and ship wholesale orders;
- To verify and support accounts and improve the Site;
- To comply with export and legal obligations;
- To send marketing only where you have opted in.
4. Legal basis
For EU/UK data, we process business contact data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting B2B trade, for contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) when processing orders, and on consent for marketing and optional cookies.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses: (a) strictly necessary cookies; (b) analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity, which record aggregate usage and may record masked session recordings; (c) the Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and opt out via platform ad settings.
6. Who we share with
We do not sell your information. We share it with processors who provide services under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms: our hosting provider; Cloudflare (network and security); Tencent Enterprise Mail (business email); Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Microsoft Clarity; and Meta (advertising). We may also share information with logistics and customs partners to fulfil an order, and with authorities where required by law.
7. International transfers
As an export business, data is processed in Hong Kong, mainland China and other jurisdictions. We use reasonable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where applicable, for such transfers.
8. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Order and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Marketing data is held until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. California residents may additionally request non-discrimination and details of personal information collected. To exercise these rights, email admin@jumingsheng.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Marketing
You may opt out of marketing at any time via the link in each message or by emailing admin@jumingsheng.com. Transactional messages about your order are not marketing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes are posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
